I have heard and read many complaints about how difficult it is to find and keep drivers.

That’s it. Nothing else. So I ask: Every carrier offers pay, so why would anyone bother calling this one?

When I look at job ads today, most look like this one. Sure, I’ve left out the details about “who” and “where”, but to the driver it is the offer that matters most. When there’s no difference between your offer and another offer, there’s no reason for someone to contact you instead of someone else. So they go with a name they already know.

How about this ad instead (I’ll call it the turbo version):

This is an ad that will attract many more applications and make your offer stand out from the crowd.
